April 2024 Annual Town Meeting followed by Regular Town Monthly Meeting

to follow the Annual Meeting @ 6pmThe Regular Town Board Meeting will be held at the Lincoln Town Hall, 2181 County Road G.

The Board Meeting agenda will include discussion and possible action on each of the following items:

• The Minutes
• Treasurer’s report.
• payment of bills.
• Zoning Administrator report.
• Zoning, mapping and land issues.
• Transfer Site issues.
• Correspondence.
• Road work.
• Ambulance service.
• Possible update on building addition.
• Clerk training and other training opportunities.
• The Annual Road Inspection minutes and discussion & possible action on selecting roads for bids.
• discussion & possible action on the JDM Lawncare Contract.
• re-elect expiring board members, set next year’s Annual Meeting date.
• Hire a cleaner for the Town Hall.
• Discussion & possible action on a new computer for the clerk.
